Karen S. Kurtz focuses her practice in the area of estate planning and administration for high net worth individuals. She has experience in the preparation of wills and trusts, including: complex wills, revocable living trusts with pour-over wills, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and intentionally defective grantor trusts. Ms. Kurtz’s practice also includes the formation and restructuring of business entities, including non-profit corporations.
In addition, Ms. Kurtz works with clients in the estate administration process and provides support for probate and income tax litigation efforts.
