Erin P. Harris practices in the area of employment law. She has experience in matters involving federal and state discrimination law, assisting employers during investigations conducted by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and drafting workplace policies and procedures. Ms. Harris also specializes in employment litigation involving Title VII claims, wage and hour claims, trade secret claims and restrictive covenants.
Ms. Harris is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, where she was on the editorial board and legislation co-editor of the Law Review, and a magna cum laude graduate of Florida State University.
