Karen J. Tate’s practice focuses on issues involved in estate planning and estate administration, including matters before the IRS, including estate and gift tax audits, income tax matters, and private letter ruling requests. She assists a broad range of clients, from energy executives and business owners, to farmers and bankers.
Ms. Tate’s previous experience working as an attorney with the IRS District Counsel, provides her a unique perspective in representing clients in tax and estate planning matters.
