Kerry C. Williams has more than 33 years of experience in all phases of business, construction and law including legal representation, litigation, contract negotiation and administration, engineering, project management, and marketing of large international engineering and construction projects, particularly those in the energy sector.
Mr. Williams is a practicing attorney in litigation specializing in construction/engineering/corporate law, oil and gas transactions, maritime and international law. Mr. Williams has served as and vice president and general counsel to two large publicly listed, international oil and gas development engineering/construction companies.
Mr. Williams is also a Designated Arbitrator for construction/engineering disputes with the American Arbitration Association. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer; as well as a retired Naval Aviator (Commander) having served as a fighter pilot during the Vietnam conflict. Mr. Williams also holds a commercial pilot license with instrument rating.
