Ashley Alderman focuses her practice on estate planning and estate administration for high net worth families and individuals. She has assisted in the formation and execution of estate planning documents for such individuals and families. She has also assisted families in the estate administration process, from probate of a will through filing of a federal estate tax return and closing the estate.
In her corporate practice, Ms. Alderman has assisted in the formation of corporate and other business entities, reviewed and updated corporate minute books, and drafted various agreements for corporations, including employment and shareholders' agreements.
