Brandy O. Biggs maintains a general corporate practice. She assists business clients with entity selection and formation, asset and stock acquisitions, bank financing, corporate governance and general contractual matters. Her experience includes drafting complex partnership and limited liability company agreements, stock and asset purchase and sale agreements, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, employment and consulting agreements, and various other corporate contracts. Ms. Biggs has worked on numerous business acquisitions with an aggregate sales price exceeding $100 million.
Prior to law school, Ms. Biggs was a Logistics Engineer for Lucent Technologies.
