David N. Dreyer maintains a general commercial litigation practice, which includes contract disputes, employer/employee relationships, real property disputes, insurance coverage, and international litigation.  Mr. Dreyer’s representation has included assisting individuals and small upstart companies to representing large national and multi-national corporations.  He has represented clients in disputes in which millions of dollars in damages were at issue, as well as in matters involving complex legal theories.

Significant Matters

  • Secured a judgment in excess of $14,000,000 on behalf of a telecommunications service provider seeking recovery against a telecommunications retailer.
  • Defeated multi-million dollar claims against a commercial property lender in connection with a loan for a Buckhead development.
  • Successfully mediated a chain of title dispute involving a national lender and a title auction company.
  • Defeated claims to a 350-acre parcel of real property in Rockdale County that was claimed by two parties that were adverse to our client.
