Gary S. Freed focuses his practice on business disputes. For over twenty seven years  he has appeared in state and Federal courts across the country in trials, arbitrations and mediations. He represents a broad spectrum of clients including recycling concerns, restaurants, financial institutions, vendors of building supplies and real estate entities.

Significant Cases

• Culver vs. ValuJet--Represented Estate of professional football player and wife who died in a crash in the Everglades.  Achieved eight figure settlement a week before trial.
