F. Beau Howard focuses his practice on business litigation including contract disputes and business torts. He has worked for two federal judges and has experience with matters including government contracts, antitrust, unfair trade, and tortious interference. Mr. Howard recently won summary judgment on behalf of a small law firm which had been sued without justification on a negligent misrepresentation theory.
