On August 18, the Houston Business Journal announced its 2025 Women Who Mean Business list, which recognizes and honors exceptional women leaders and the impacts they’ve made within Houston’s business community. Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that Shareholder Christine Kirchner was selected as one of the women recognized on this list.
Kirchner serves as the firm’s General Counsel and also chairs the firm’s Insurance Law practice. She represents and counsels companies and individuals in pre-litigation solutions and successfully represents clients through litigation and arbitration. She has tried more than 50 matters through final judgment or arbitration award. Kirchner handles a variety of complex commercial and tort issues, including private company transaction disputes, securities litigation and shareholder disputes, products liability, financial professionals’ mal-practice, wrongful competition, and breach of contract actions among others. She has extensive experience in insurance coverage and extra-contractual litigation, representing carriers, policyholders and contractors in the construction and insurance industries.
Kirchner has been recognized this year in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Insurance. She is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, Sustaining Fellow of the Houston Bar Foundation, member of the Texas Bar College and AV rated by her peers in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. She remains committed to a variety of community efforts having most recently participated in Houston-Law Rocks, raising funds for Trees for Houston.
