Chamberlain Hrdlicka Advises KT Invar Software, LLC in Its Sale to Storage Solutions, Inc.

ATLANTA, November 6, 2025Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce its representation of KT Invar Software, LLC and its affiliates, specialists in warehouse and order fulfillment solutions, in its completed acquisition by Storage Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Jungheinrich, a leading global provider of logistics and warehouse automation solutions.

This strategic transaction strengthens Storage Solutions’ software and systems integration capabilities and advances Jungheinrich’s focused expansion in the North American market. KT Invar’s expertise in warehouse management, control, and execution software, combined with its end-to-end design and integration services, enhances Storage Solutions’ ability to deliver turnkey, technology-driven fulfillment solutions to clients across e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.

Chamberlain Hrdlicka represented KT Invar Software, LLC with a multidisciplinary team led by Erica L. Opitz, Joan M. McCallum, and Keegan McCaster from the firm’s Atlanta office. The team advised KT Invar on all aspects of the transaction, including negotiation, structure, and closing.
