Houston-based team led by Habeeb "Hobbs" Gnaim and Dave Pierson represents ZT Corporate in Strategic Acquisition of Four Express ER Facilities in Texas
HOUSTON, November 13, 2025 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce its representation of ZT Corporate, a Houston-based private equity firm specializing in healthcare investments, in its completed acquisition of four emergency care centers operating under the Express ER brand.
This transaction advances ZT Corporate's healthcare growth strategy across Texas. With the addition of these facilities, ZT Corporate's healthcare portfolio, Altus Community Healthcare, now operates 35 emergency care centers statewide, solidifying its position as Texas's largest emergency services provider.
The legal team for ZT Corporate was led by Houston-based Shareholders Habeeb “Hobbs” Gnaim and Dave Pierson. The transaction’s legal team also included significant contributions from Jack Li, Marianne Standley, Jack Najarian, Kellen Scott, Aly Dossa, Joshua Sutin, and Jeffrey Della Rocco.
