Four Chamberlain Hrdlicka Attorneys Selected as 2008 Georgia Super Lawyers
ATLANTA — May 29, 2008 – Four attorneys from Chamberlain Hrdlicka — David D. Aughtry, Gary S. Freed, William D. Montgomery, and Thomas E. Jones, Jr. — have been selected as 2008 Georgia Super Lawyers. The annual list, honoring the top 5 percent of attorneys in Georgia, is a joint effort of Law & Politics and Atlanta Magazine.
Every year, the Georgia Super Lawyers list contains lawyers who have practiced for at least five years and have attained a high degree of professional achievement and recognition from their peers. The selected lawyers represent a wide range of practice areas, firm sizes and geographic locations.
“To have four attorneys from our Atlanta office on the Super Lawyers list again this year is an outstanding achievement for our firm,” said Wayne A. Risoli, managing shareholder of Chamberlain Hrdlicka. “To be ranked by their peers as one of the best in their profession recognizes what they consistently do for their clients each and every day, fighting for businesses and the people who build them.”
Law & Politics invited more than 21,000 practicing Georgia attorneys to nominate the best attorneys they’ve personally observed in action. Law & Politics uses a system of nominations, peer evaluation and internal research, which acts as a system of checks and balances to ensure a diverse and comprehensive list of outstanding attorneys. No other legal publisher identifies qualified candidates by using a multistep evaluation process that incorporates peer recognition and professional achievement.
David Aughtry, managing shareholder of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Atlanta office, was again named to the Top 100 listing — lawyers who received the highest point totals in the 2008 Georgia Super Lawyers nomination, research and review process.
