Real Estate Transactions 
Our transactional attorneys represent developers, owners, investors, landlords, and tenants across multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Our work encompasses all aspects of the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition lifecycle, including contract and lease negotiation, title and survey, entitlements, permitting, construction and other development matters, syndicated and mezzanine debt financing, equity raises, 1031 exchange transactions, and real estate matters arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.

Real Estate Litigation 
Our real estate litigators represent developers, owners, landlords, tenants, and homebuilders in disputes arising from real estate transactions and projects, including foreclosures, earnest money disputes, and construction disputes. Our work also includes landlord-tenant matters, eminent domain and condemnation, easement and title disputes, evictions, and condominium and homeowners' association litigation, handled from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal.
