Profile

Mr. Langley focuses his practice on the nationwide representation of businesses in all facets of labor and employment law with an emphasis on litigation matters. In addition to the wage-and-hour class and collective actions that form the majority of his practice, Mr. Langley prosecutes claims against former employees who have misappropriated trade secrets, unlawfully accessed protected computers, and breached non-compete and non-solicit agreements. Risk assessment and risk management is a major component of Mr. Langley’s practice as he does not merely represent clients in a litigation capacity, but he also advises and counsels clients to reduce or prevent future litigation.
