Brandon Gosch is an associate in the Litigation section of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Houston Office. Mr. Gosch maintains a general civil litigation practice representing both individuals and businesses in state and federal court. Mr. Gosch has experience handling a broad range of disputes, including first party bad faith, DTPA, breach of contract, construction defect, premises liability, defamation, and breach of fiduciary duty actions.
Prior to joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Mr. Gosch earned his bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University in Business Administration and graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 2017. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the South Texas Law Review and taught Federal Income Taxation as a Langdell Scholar.
