For more than 20 years, Kevin R. Hansbro has represented regional, national, and international companies in patent, trademark, and trade secret matters, on technology agreements, and in strategic development and management of intellectual property portfolios. He has successfully drafted and prosecuted patents before the USPTO, under the Paris Convention, and under the PCT.

Kevin advised clients as outside counsel as well as in-house counsel in the chemical and mechanical arts. Notably, as in-house counsel, he received Global Special Recognition Awards for (i) counseling on and strategic development of a patent portfolio for a new product platform, (ii) design and implementation of a new work process for managing technology agreements, and (iii) negotiation and preparation of a technology agreements related to the reorganization of Japanese joint venture having its shareholders as Fortune 100 companies, including cross-licenses and secondment arrangements.
