Stephen Heymann is an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group in the Atlanta office. Stephen focuses primarily on the creation and implementation of complex estate plans which include the use of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable donations, and lifetime gifting strategies.

Stephen brings knowledge and experience from working in trust administration for one of the nation’s largest corporate fiduciaries, the Probate Division for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, and private practice in order to create dynastic estate plans which leave a positive lasting legacy and transfer wealth to successive generations in a tax-efficient manner.

Stephen also assists in small business advising and general corporate work, including the formation of entities, election of tax treatment, loan transactions, gifting strategies, and asset sales.
