Conflicts, Confidentiality and Other Ethical Considerations for Fiduciary and Beneficiary Liability for Unpaid Taxes, Penalties and Expenses of a Decedent

On Thursday, January 31, Jerry August, shareholder and chair of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Philadelphia tax practice, will present to the Wealth Planning and Trusts and Estates Department of Citrin Cooperman, a national accounting firm.

August’s presentation, “Conflicts, Confidentiality and Other Ethical Considerations for Fiduciary and Beneficiary Liability for Unpaid Taxes, Penalties and Expenses of a Decedent,” will address ethical issues for fiduciaries.
