Lawdragon's names Annette Idalski to Leading List of Employment Lawyers
Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that Atlanta-based Shareholder and leader of the firm’s National Labor & Employment Practice Annette A. Idalski has been named among Lawdragon’s 500 Leading U.S. Corporate Employment Lawyers. The annual guide recognizes the nation’s top talent in defending wage and hour, discrimination and a host of other claims. The complete list of this year’s Lawdragon 500 Leading U.S. Corporate Employment Lawyers is available here.
Idalski has gained a national reputation for her representation of employers against federal and state wage and hour collective actions. She often serves as lead defense counsel in “bet the company” class and complex litigation involving wage and hour, discrimination and non-competition/employee raiding litigation. Under her guidance, Chamberlain has become a leader in defending claims in the oil and gas and cable industries, as well as other businesses that rely on an independent contractor model, brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), a law that, broadly, ensures employees are paid fairly for all the time they work, including overtime.
Idalski is frequently recognized by her peers for her excellence in client service and outstanding legal results. She has been honored by Georgia Super Lawyers and Georgia Trend, among other notable publications. She served as president of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and later served on the GAWL Advisory Board.
