Chamberlain Hrdlicka Expands Labor and Employment Practice with Addition in Atlanta
Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce the addition of associate Monica Pogula to the firm’s Labor and Employment practice.
Pogula joins Chamberlain’s Atlanta office and has a wide-ranging background in labor and employment law. She works with both government entities and private corporations on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation of Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Pogula regularly assists her clients with issues including sexual harassment investigations; drafting employee policies and procedures; advising on day-to-day employee issues such as discipline,
leave management and terminations.
Pogula earned her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and her juris doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School.
