Calla Sprague is an associate attorney in the Tax Planning & Business Transactions group and focuses her practice on the formation and governance of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Calla worked in Estate Planning and Estate and Gift Tax where she assisted clients in minimizing Estate Tax.
