Profile
Christopher Langston is an associate in the firm’s Houston office and a member of the Commercial Litigation group. Chris represents international and domestic entities in all phases of complex state and federal litigation, including high-stakes contract and business disputes, appeals, claims involving fraud and deceptive trade practices, shareholder and securities litigation, fiduciary duties, government and internal investigations, construction, insurance, bad faith, torts, professional liability, products liability, trade secrets, and intellectual property disputes.
Prior to joining Chamberlain, Chris was an associate at another large firm in Houston, where he routinely counseled clients through prelitigation, alternative dispute resolution, litigation, and trial.
Chris also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alia Moses of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and as a law clerk to the Hon. Diana Song Quiroga of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. While in law school, he served as the Assistant Managing Editor and Executive Ambassador Editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business.
