Katie Fish is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice. She counsels lenders in real estate backed commercial finance transactions and buyers, sellers, and governmental entities in various real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions and easement negotiations.
Katie's representation has also included right-of-way acquisitions, condemnations, and closing transactions for a large government agency and counties and municipalities across Georgia. She has significant experience in title review and clearance and survey review.
