Nick is an associate in the Atlanta office. His practice is focused on tax controversies and international tax. He helps clients favorably resolve tax controversies through voluntary disclosure procedures, audits, and administrative appeals, as well as assists with international tax planning. He advises on a broad range of complex tax topics, including cross-border restructurings, anti-deferral rules, foreign tax credits, tax treaty matters, tax withholding and reporting, and transfer pricing.
Prior to joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Nick worked at Big 4 accounting firms in the areas of international tax and transfer pricing. He structured and defended transfer pricing strategies for advanced pricing agreements, performed valuations of intangible property, and prepared transfer pricing documentation.
Nick received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Emory University, where he was Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.
