Quency D. Perkins serves as Director of Human Resources Administration at Chamberlain Hrdlicka, where he oversees the firm's human resources operations and supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives that strengthen the firm's workforce. With approximately 15 years of human resources experience in the legal industry, Quency partners with firm leadership to enhance operational effectiveness, support talent management, and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
