Nicholas Papleacos has been asked to speak at the annual meeting of the Eminent Domain section of the State Bar of Georgia on February 27 in Atlanta. His topic will be “Damages Associated with Temporary Takings”. His presentation will include an overview of Georgia law as well as suggestions on proving damages at trial.
