HOUSTON, Jan. 13, 2026 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that Corporate, Securities & Finance practice group shareholder Erica Opitz received a USA Woman Leaders & Dealmakers award. Additionally, practice chair of the firm’s Tax Planning & Business Transactions group, Habeeb “Hobbs” Gnaim, led two deals that were recognized as Deal of the Year at the combined 7th Annual USA Middle Market and 16th Annual Global M&A Atlas Awards, hosted by Global M&A Network on December 9, 2025 at the Metropolitan Club of New York.
The firm was represented by Erica Opitz, as well as Pearson Wolk, an associate in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Tax Planning & Business Transactions group, who accepted the Deal of the Year Awards on behalf of Gnaim.
The winning deals were:
- USA Private Equity Add-on Deal of the Year – Aperture, a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt, acquired NOVUM Consulting Group. Chamberlain Hrdlicka represented NOVUM Consulting Group, LLC.
- USA Professional Services Deal of the Year – Lonestar Commercial Interiors acquired McCoy-Rockford. Chamberlain Hrdlicka represented McCoy-Rockford.
