In a recent article by Law.com from November 11, 2025, they highlighted how Chamberlain Hrdlicka has expanded its construction law and commercial litigation capabilities in Atlanta with the addition of veteran attorney Shannan Oliver as a shareholder. Oliver, who previously practiced at BloomParham, Smith Gambrell & Russell, and Morris Manning & Martin, brings more than two decades of experience in construction, real estate development, and contract disputes. She noted that Chamberlain Hrdlicka offers greater resources and cross-selling opportunities than her former firm, while still maintaining a small-firm, collaborative culture. Most of her clients—primarily in the real estate development and construction sectors—are expected to follow her to the new firm.

Oliver’s arrival strengthens the litigation bench in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s nearly 40-year-old Atlanta office, which houses about 36 attorneys across tax, real estate, corporate, and estate planning practices. The hire aligns with the firm’s broader growth strategy, following the recent addition of a bankruptcy shareholder in Houston and its commitment to a new long-term, 30,773-square-foot lease at 999 Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta, where it will relocate its 60-person team by 2026.
