Mr. C. Talbot Nunnally has over 20 years experience with comprehensive services in real estate including, but not limited to: entity formation; site acquisition and development; financing of all types, including alternative financing vehicles; retail, office, and industrial leasing; title, survey, environmental, regulatory and development issue analysis and resolution.
Talbot has practiced law since 1985 and has concentrated his client representation in matters involving commercial real estate. His clients include property owners, developers, investors and various parties having different interests in the development, sale, leasing and financing of improved and unimproved real property.
