ATLANTA, November 11, 2025 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that Shannan Oliver has joined the firm as a shareholder in its Litigation practice. Oliver has more than two decades of experience successfully representing clients in complex business disputes. Her litigation experience complements the firm’s Atlanta team and deepens its proficiency across practices.

Oliver will focus her practice on all aspects of litigation, advising and representing clients across a variety of matters, ranging from real estate development to contract and employment disputes. Oliver is highly experienced in handling every stage of litigation from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal. She has represented clients in jury and bench trials, mediations, arbitrations, and appeal proceedings.

Prior to joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Oliver served in a leadership role as administrative managing partner at a boutique firm in Atlanta for more than a decade and has been recognized on the Georgia Super Lawyers list several times. Oliver earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. While earning her law degree, she served as associate editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. After graduating, she worked at a prominent international law firm.
