Leslie Tan is an experienced attorney specializing in labor and employment matters and complex civil litigation. Ms. Tan enjoys guiding employers through challenging situations, from counseling on daily operations to navigating litigation, and all stages in between.
Ms. Tan practices in state and federal courts throughout Texas, represents employers in administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes, and handles sensitive investigations for public and private entities. Ms. Tan also has an extensive background in insurance defense, including first and third party coverage issues and bad faith litigation arising out of personal and commercial liability and property policies.
