Peter Rehm is a member of the Tax Controversy & Litigation Practice Group. Peter represents individual and corporate taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
Peter has extensive international tax experience, including experience with structuring, M&A, foreign tax credits, the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act ("FIRPTA"), Tax Treaties, withholding taxes, and outbound and inbound transactions. He gained this experience while working for PwC and KPMG.
