Profile

Victor is a member of the Tax Controversy group in the Atlanta office.  Victor's affinity for Tax Controversy stems from his summer work experience at an AM 200 firm, where he assisted cannabis businesses in complex IRS dealings. 

Prior to joining Chamberlain, Victor received his J.D. (cum laude), certificate in intellectual property, and LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  During his time at UF Law, Victor was very involved serving as a member of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, a Levin Ambassador, and created the Student National Cannabis Bar Association.
