Victoria Sherlock is a Special Counsel in Chamberlain Hrdlicka's Tax Controversy Practice Group.

Victoria joined Chamberlain Hrdlicka in 2023 after a long career at KPMG where she was a leader in KPMG's tax controversy practice. While at KPMG, Victoria represented large corporate clients and high-wealth individuals before the Internal Revenue Service on a variety of tax issues including transfer pricing, qualification for the research credit, accounting methods, partnership taxation and international issues.

Prior to joining KPMG, Victoria was a Senior Attorney with the IRS in Houston. Victoria started her career in Washington, DC with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and later was a senior trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice Tax Division both in Washington, DC and in Dallas.
