Houston – August 12, 2025 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce its representation of Page, a leading multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm, in its completed acquisition by Stantec, a global leader in sustainable design and consulting. The transaction creates the second-largest architecture firm in the United States.
Led by Houston-based shareholder Habeeb “Hobbs” Gnaim, chair of the firm’s Tax Planning & Business Transactions practice, Chamberlain Hrdlicka advised Page through various phases of the transaction, including deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiation. Page is a long-time client of Gnaim, who has represented the firm for nearly 20 years.
“This is a transformative moment for both Page and the broader architecture, engineering and design industry, and we are proud to have played a role in bringing it to completion,” said Gnaim. “The transaction reflects the strength of our M&A, transactional and tax practices, and our ability to guide clients through high-value, high-impact deals.”
The acquisition brings together two powerhouse firms with complementary strengths in architecture, engineering, and consulting, and significantly expands Stantec’s presence in key U.S. markets. Page, founded in 1898, is widely recognized for its innovative work across healthcare, academic, government, and commercial sectors.
