CHAMBERLAIN HRDLICKA SHAREHOLDER AMY MOSS ANNOUNCED AS WINNER OF THE 18th ANNUAL M&A ADVISOR AWARDS

Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that its shareholder Amy Moss was named among The M&A Advisor’s 18th Annual M&A Advisor Award winners for her leadership in the acquisition of Garvin Industries, Inc. by Southwire Company. The matter was selected by the publication as the M&A Deal of the Year in the $25MM to $50MM category at an awards dinner held on November 19 in New York. Moss counsels public and private companies in a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private placements and public offerings.
