John Nail and Reed Turry among Chamberlain Hrdlicka Recruits in Georgia
Nail said in a statement to Law360 Pulse that it's a critical time for him to return to the firm's practice, which he said was at the "forefront nationally in addressing complex tax controversy issues."
"With the government's recent announcements regarding increased tax enforcement efforts, it is clear that taxpayers across the board are going to be dealing with heightened scrutiny going forward," explains Nail. "The firm's Atlanta office is well situated to help clients navigate this increased enforcement environment. I am happy to be a part of that office and know my background in tax litigation fits well within the team's dynamic."
Turry said in a statement to Law360 Pulse that he was drawn to the firm, because what "set them apart" was their range of clients in size and across industries.
"While the work is sophisticated and complex, the attorneys at Chamberlain are approachable and responsive to every client need," Turry said. "Their focus on achieving results for clients also stood out among other law firms. In addition, I was particularly struck by the collegial relationships and cross-practice group synergies at the firm."
