Joshua Sutin recognized as Lawyer of the Year in Employee Benefits (ERISA) by Best Lawyers in America® for fourth time
Joshua Sutin, a shareholder at Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s San Antonio office, was recently named Lawyer of the Year in San Antonio in Employee Benefits (ERISA) category in the 2024 Edition of Best Lawyers in America. He was previously named Lawyer of the Year in the 2013, 2017 and 2020 editions of Best Lawyers in America.

He represents clients in retirement plan and distribution planning, including analysis of income tax, estate tax and excise tax issues.
Sutin has been listed in Best Lawyers in America list since 2006, he is also the Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation and the American Bar Foundation. He earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Lewis & Clark College, a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law, and a LL.M. (Taxation) from the University of Florida College of Law. Sutin has been married for 22 years to Miranda Sutin, his inspiration, and they have four children.
