Michael Riordan is a Special Counsel in Chamberlain Hrdlicka's Bankruptcy, Restructuring, & Creditor Rights Practice. His practice primarily focuses on the restructuring of companies in and out of bankruptcy, debtors' and creditors' rights, debtor-in-possession financers, and the acquisition and sale of distressed assets.

Michael also counsels his clients on out-of-court workouts and turnarounds as well as strategies clients can employ to minimize the risk of doing business with distressed companies. Michael regularly represents a broad spectrum of clients in a wide range of insolvency based litigation.
