Yliana Vicknair is a trial attorney in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Houston office whose practice centers on fiduciary litigation. She represents clients in a wide range of trust, estate, and guardianship disputes, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contested guardianships, and trust modification or termination actions. Yliana also maintains an active commercial litigation practice, counseling individuals, fiduciaries, and closely held businesses in matters involving complex contract disputes, business divorces, misappropriation, and fraud claims.
Known for her practical approach and strong courtroom advocacy, Yliana guides clients through emotionally charged and high-stakes disputes with focus and compassion. She has represented clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and emergency injunctive relief through trial.
Yliana received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University. Prior to law school, she graduated with honors from Texas A&M University.
Outside of work, Yliana enjoys spending time with her family and taking her daughter and dog on long neighborhood walks.
