Bennett Huddleston is an associate in the Litigation section. His practice focuses primarily on Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment. Bennett's background and experiences has prepared him to be an effective advocate and advisor, particularly in the context of alternate dispute resolution and business-related client issues.
During his time in law school, Bennett actively participated as an advocate and competition member in various alternate dispute resolution tournaments. These experiences honed his negotiation, mediation, and arbitration skills, allowing him to effectively navigate and resolve conflicts on behalf of clients. Bennett understands the importance of finding efficient and mutually beneficial solutions to disputes, and is committed to achieving favorable outcomes through alternative means whenever possible.
In addition to his legal education, Bennett holds a McCombs Business Foundations Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. This certificate has provided him with a solid understanding of key business principles, which can be leveraged to assist clients in addressing business-related legal matters.
