Profile

Jerrika Anderson is a member of the Tax Controversy group in the Atlanta office. Prior to joining Chamberlain, Ms. Anderson served as a Senior Trial Attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel for the IRS. For almost seven years, she litigated cases on behalf of the IRS and was responsible for issuing written guidance for IRS revenue agents, appeals officers, and settlement officers on various substantive tax issues. Her knowledge about IRS procedures, resolution mechanisms, and litigation tactics, makes her an effective advocate for her clients.

Ms. Anderson graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law Degree, and a Masters in Taxation (LL.M.). After graduation, she served as a tax associate for an accounting firm where she specialized in tax controversy, tax planning, and tax preparation.
