Nationally recognized tax controversy and litigation attorneys David Aughtry and Phil Karter, from the Atlanta and Philadelphia offices of Chamberlain Hrdlicka, will present at the 2017 Audits & Appeals Seminar in Chicago. Their presentation on May 9, “Witnesses, Whistleblowers and Protecting the Cause,” focuses on witness preparation and is a part of the day’s programming detailing “Insights and Skills for Federal Tax Controversy Success.”
