Chamberlain Hrdlicka Advances Strategic Vision With Managing Shareholder Transition and New Practice Group Leadership

January 29, 2026

HOUSTON, January 29th, 2026 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka announced a leadership transition effective January 1, 2026, with C. Larry Carbo, III, an 18-year veteran with the firm, assuming the role of Managing Shareholder. Carbo succeeds Larry A. Campagna, whose tenure as Managing Shareholder was marked by steady leadership, strategic growth, and a continued focus on the firm’s collaborative culture and client service.

During his tenure as Managing Shareholder, Campagna provided a collaborative vision that reinforced the firm’s entrepreneurial culture, expanded its national footprint, and deepened its commitment to exceptional client service. His leadership helped position Chamberlain Hrdlicka for long-term success while preserving the firm’s core values and collegial approach. Campagna will continue to play an active role at the firm as a shareholder and Chairman Emeritus, assisting clients with tax disputes and contributing his experience and insight to the firm’s ongoing strategic initiatives.

Carbo’s appointment reflects the firm’s deliberate and forward-looking growth strategy. A respected leader within the firm, Carbo brings a clear strategic vision focused on thoughtful expansion, cross-practice collaboration, and delivering practical, results-driven counsel to clients. Under his leadership, Chamberlain Hrdlicka will continue to invest in its people, practices, and platforms to meet the evolving needs of its clients across industries and markets.

“As we look to the future, this leadership transition underscores our commitment to intentional growth and long-term planning,” said Carbo. “We are building on a strong foundation while positioning the firm to adapt, innovate, and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.”

In conjunction with the managing shareholder transition, the firm also announced its 2026 Practice Group Leaders, further reinforcing its strategic focus and depth of talent across core practice areas:

These leadership appointments reflect Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s emphasis on strong, practice-focused leadership and its commitment to delivering coordinated, high-quality legal counsel. Each practice group leader brings deep experience and a shared vision for collaboration, innovation, and client-focused solutions.

Together, these leadership transitions and appointments mark an important step in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s strategic evolution.
