On April 14, 2019, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution shared the news of Nick Kemper’s recent arrival to Chamberlain Hrdlicka. Kemper joins the firm as an associate in the Corporate, Securities & Finance practice group, where he represents companies in a number of transactional and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate finance, entity selection and corporate governance.
Kemper is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, and he earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
