Join us this Valentine's Day for an insightful presentation on the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), a new law that adds an extra step and new criminal and civil liabilities to corporate formation and compliance, which came into effect on January 1, 2024, and affects almost all U.S. businesses and U.S. business entity owners in the country, including those that use entities to hold assets. Every U.S. entity will need to be analyzed to determine whether an entity will need to make a filing. We'll explore the key provisions and requirements of the CTA, cover the penalties for non-compliance, and delve into recent updates and developments.
